We are a courier and freight aggregator business based in
Mumbai looking to build an internal operations dashboard
for our logistics team. This is NOT a customer-facing
product — it is a private, internal tool used only by
our operations staff, dispatch team, and management.

WHAT WE ARE BUILDING

A web-based internal dashboard called LogiFlow that gives
our team real-time visibility into shipments, routes,
drivers, warehouse inventory, and delivery performance
across our network.

CORE MODULES REQUIRED

1. SHIPMENT TRACKING
- Live shipment status board (In Transit / Out for
Delivery / Delivered / Delayed / Failed)
- Filter by date, route, driver, client, status
- Shipment detail: origin, destination, weight,
assigned driver, ETA, status timeline
2. DISPATCH MANAGEMENT
- Assign shipments to drivers/vehicles
- Route planning view (map integration)
- Dispatch queue with priority flags
3. DRIVER & VEHICLE MANAGEMENT
- Driver profiles: name, phone, vehicle, zone
- Vehicle status: Active / On Route / Off Duty /
Under Maintenance
- Driver performance: deliveries/day, on-time rate
4. WAREHOUSE / INVENTORY
- Inbound and outbound log
- Current stock levels per warehouse location
- Low stock and overdue shipment alerts
5. ANALYTICS DASHBOARD
- KPIs: Total Shipments, On-Time Rate, Avg Delivery
Time, Failed Delivery Rate
- Monthly volume bar chart
- Route performance comparison
- Client-wise shipment volume
6. USER ROLES
- Super Admin: full access
- Operations Manager: all modules except user mgmt
- Dispatch Staff: dispatch + shipment view only
- Warehouse Staff: inventory module only

- Backend: Node.js + Express REST API
- Database: MongoDB or PostgreSQL
- Auth: JWT with role-based access control
- Map integration: Google Maps or Leaflet.js
- Mobile responsive (used on tablets at warehouse)
- Clean, well-documented codebase
- README with local setup and deployment guide
