Integration with nodejs

We need to integrate an api from the 4p touch equipment into our web server, we have an integration script, but as this is a Chinese company, we think it is better to have a Chinese developer for this work, in order to obtain a more assertive communication with the company.
It would basically create a script to receive the clock data and send it in a database in our web service.
