Integrate blockchain data from vfat_tools with debank open api

Our app, DefiReturn, calculates the cost basis of defi positions. To do that, we need to link current positions to historical transactions. We would like to start with the Debank API and identify the historical transactions that were used to enter/exit each defi position. Please review the spec attached for additional details - this part of the project is focused on the section titled "Integration with DeBank"
