Industrial IIOT Front end developer & data communication with websocket protocol

We have a industrial IoT grade device which is connected with the other field device through modbus protocol & in a time interval the IoT send the data to a static ip. Need to develop a backed program to receive the data & store to a mysql database as well as a front ent to view the data with report & historical graph.
