Improvement and Personalization of E-commerce Site - Integration of Payments, Shipping, and Additional Functions

We are looking for a web development expert to improve and customize our existing eCommerce site. The current site uses a template and requires a series of improvements, including the implementation of payment methods, shipping integration, creation of an administrator panel, is and should continue to be optimized for mobile devices and the addition of new functionalities.
