Identify bugs and improvements in the web application and create extensive list of tasks on Trello

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me identify bugs and improvements in my web application. The application is built with the MERN stack and I need someone who is proficient in React Js, Node Js, and Express Js.

I do not have a specific list of known bugs or improvements, but I have some ideas in mind that I would like the freelancer to consider. However, I would also like them to thoroughly review the entire application to identify any additional issues.
