Hook up React form fields to Mongo Cloud & host at Cloudflare

1. Must know React WELL and Cloud Mongo NOT local Mongo.
2. All front end pages are developed except where marked "NEED To ADD". which is the stars in RECALL PAGE and MY ACCOUNT and LOGOUT at header.
3. All code for Cloud Mongo developed just need to hook it up.
4. Must publish to cloudflare.com
