We are seeking highly skilled Coding Experts / Software Engineers to support the development and evaluation of next-generation AI systems. In this role, your engineering expertise will directly contribute to improving how AI models understand, generate, and optimize real-world code.
This is a fully remote, part-time contract opportunity offering flexible working hours and competitive hourly compensation.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in software development, debugging, system design, and code quality evaluation.
Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and refine AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and scalability
Solve complex coding problems across real-world scenarios
Design and develop test cases to evaluate AI model performance
Identify bugs, edge cases, and logical errors in code outputs
Provide structured, high-quality technical feedback to improve AI systems
Define coding standards and benchmark evaluation criteria
Document insights, findings, and improvement recommendations
Stay updated with modern programming practices and technologies
Required Skills
Strong experience in one or more of the following:
Python (required strong proficiency)
Java / C++ / Go / Rust
JavaScript / TypeScript
React.js / Node.js
.NET / PHP
HTML / CSS / Angular
Core requirements:
Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
Experience in debugging, code review, and optimization
Ability to write clean, efficient, production-ready code
