Help me with a bug of my Mern web app (node, react and mongodb) in my VPS

I have a problem on my VPS, probably a permission error that suddenly doesn't make a web application developed with Mern (node.js + react ) + mongodb (which is external in my case) work well. In particular it doesn't let me log into the user panel anymore (and the password has never been changed) or it doesn't let me register a new user... As if the db had been disconnected or in any case the server doesn't give sufficient permissions to do those operations.
The server is CentOS, there is Plesk installed on it, and I can of course send ssh root access.
I need this simple help immediately: the person I choose will also follow me on this web app and on other projects as I necessarily need a partner with these types of skills.
