Help me scrape currencies on 2 websites

I'm a PHP developer and need help writing a script to scrape publicly made available currencies on 2 websites that probably have protection against scraping.
https://cme.sr/ and
https://www.hakrinbank.com/en/
In the screenshots, you will see the areas that need to be scraped.
The data needs to be made available in PHP, perhaps as an array if possible.
