Get Balance of ERC20 Blockchain tokens with NodeJS/

I need a script that runs on the commandline.
the script does this:
1. Connects to firebase gets all users Ethereum wallet address
2. Checks balance of all accounts for ethereum
3. Checks balance of all accounts for ERC20 tokens
4. Creates output in .txt file of all accounts and balances

The script will not use Ethereum main net, it will use private blockchain on ganache.
