WISPGate is an ISP Billing + CRM + OSS platform serving ISPs and WISPs globally.
Our system already integrates GenieACS as the backend for our ACS (Auto Configuration Server) module, and we are now onboarding new ISPs who need help managing thousands of CPEs and ONUs through WISPGate.
We are seeking an experienced GenieACS Engineer / TR-069 Specialist to handle the device-management configuration layer — provisioning, onboarding, firmware management, and remote control for large-scale deployments.

Scope of Work
You will be responsible for:
1. CPE & ONU Onboarding
• Configure GenieACS for multi-vendor CPEs (routers, ONUs, ONTs, gateways).
• Create and test provisioning templates and preset scripts.
• Automate subscriber-device linking through WISPGate’s provisioning API.
2. Parameter Management
• Implement and verify parameter read/write operations for custom TR-069 trees.
• Fine-tune periodic-inform intervals and performance metrics collection.
3. Firmware & Configuration Updates
• Set up workflows for firmware push, config backup/restore, and version control.
• Ensure safe rollout and rollback mechanisms.
4. Remote Device Control
• Design and document remote reboot, reset, and diagnostics procedures.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot failed operations.
5. Multi-Tenant ISP Support
• Adapt templates and parameter trees for each ISP tenant using WISPGate’s ACS module.
• Document per-vendor behavior and provide scalable best practices.

• ACS Backend: GenieACS (Node.js + MongoDB stack)
• Protocols: TR-069 / CWMP, TR-369 (USP optional)
• Devices: ONUs, ONTs, Wi-Fi Routers (MikroTik, FiberHome, Huawei, BDCOM, etc.)
• Frontend: WISPGate ACS Dashboard (integrated via API)
• Hosting: Ubuntu/Linux servers on cloud infrastructure

Requirements
• Proven experience configuring and deploying GenieACS in production.
• Strong knowledge of TR-069, CWMP parameter trees, and device templates.
• Ability to troubleshoot ACS ↔ CPE communication (HTTP/S, NBI, STUN, NAT).
• Familiarity with multi-vendor device parameter structures.
• Experience with firmware management and provisioning automation.
• Scripting skills (JavaScript or Bash) for custom tasks.
• Clear English communication and documentation skills.
