Elementor type report generator with output in PDF instead of web format

I am looking for a developer to create a PDF report generator with the similar operation of Elementor (drag&drop). The generator must have Assets modules (json, logos, graphics, etc.) as input, it must be able to configure the structure by modules and indicate the static text variables, dynamic text per variable or graphic.

The output must be a pdf and the code to integrate it into my platform.
