Solid understanding and knowledge of current good practices and anti-patterns of the following tools:
- React
- TypeScript and JavaScript
- Attention to detail and quality
- Ability to communicate well (asking questions, making note of details, explaining possible issues with a course of action) about assigned tasks and projects
- Ability to come up with solutions independently on most web development problems without a lot of hands-on guidance and step-by-step instructions
- Portfolio of past React projects including roles taken in each project
- Ability to read/understand/work with legacy code if necessary
