I’m looking for a senior full-stack developer who’s willing to invest time upfront to build a production-grade web platform from scratch. The goal is a long-term partnership: we start lean, prove traction, and once revenue starts, I’ll hire you on contract with proper, ongoing compensation.

What you’ll build
• A modern web app with Next.js + React + TailwindCSS on the frontend
• NestJS / Node.js backend (FastAPI experience welcome)
• Real-time features (WebSockets), robust state management (Redux Toolkit)
• AI-assisted functionality (integrations with AI APIs)
• Clean architecture, testing, deploys, and production-ready reliability

Responsibilities
• Design and implement the core architecture end-to-end
• Build interactive UI (drag-drop style editing, live preview, etc.)
• Implement real-time collaboration flows and backend services
• Integrate AI features into the product workflow
• Own releases, performance, and production stability

Must-have skills
• 5–7+ years full-stack experience
• Next.js, React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, Redux Toolkit
• NestJS / Node.js / Express (FastAPI is a plus)
• Real-time systems (WebSockets, events, sockets)
• Solid testing, CI/CD, and cloud deployment experience

Nice-to-haves
• Design systems / tokens, component libraries
• Experience with AI tooling / prompt workflows
• Experience with collaborative apps (CRDT/OT is a plus)

Compensation model
• Small starter fee at kick-off (to confirm commitment)
• After we launch and revenue begins, I will hire you on a proper contract with ongoing compensation
• This role is ideal for someone who wants long-term upside rather than a quick one-off gig
