I am looking for a full stack developer with experience in NodeJS, NextJS, React, Flask & Fast API, MongoDB and Docker.
We have a recruitment web platform for matching candidates to job specification using AI/ML document Parsing and Matching technologies.
Our web platform (with 3 panels for job seekers, recruiter and site administration) has been developed but we need some enhancements as follows:
1. Currently the login URL for job seeker, recruiter and admin are different and we need them unified to one login URL.
2. Redesign the whole web portal look-and-feel as per our reference benchmark website https://www.cord.co . This will also include: -
a. Redesign the page to Discover job seekers in Recruiter's panel as done in https://www.cord.co
b. Redesign the Position page that shows open positions as per https://www.cord.co including matched positions as well as applicants to positions
c. Include in user settings ability to block companies seeing user profile using Clearbit's Company AutoComplete API as done in https://www.cord.co
3. Integrate open-source chat messaging API (to recruiter and job seeker panel) with file sharing using among others, either of the following:
● zulip
● realMQ
● rocket.chat
● lets-chat
● signal
4. Improve UI showing matched candidates to include sliders for different parameters passed to the AI/ML matching engine.
5. Add Interview Scheduler with integration to Outlook and Gmail Calendar to Recruiter's panel
6. Connect frontend pages to database
