Full-stack React Developer for Dashboard Completion -- 3

Create a secure, standalone Admin Panel that allows the product owner to manage backend configuration tables for a startup platform. The panel will be powered by AWS AppSync for all data access, leveraging GraphQL for clean, scalable interactions with DynamoDB.

Framework: Open to suggestions. I have access to different templates in different frameworks.

Goals:

Provide full CRUD (create, read, update, delete) functionality for all options tables
Allow visibility and filtering of user records, contact records, and activities (read-only in phase 1)
Include environment switching between dev and prod
Enforce access control using Cognito authentication and group-based permissions

Core Features:

Login using Cognito (only users with isAdmin claim or Admin group)
Select environment (dev or prod) via UI toggle
Display list of items from each table with pagination and search
Add new items to options tables
Edit existing items (label, sort order, isHidden flag, etc.)
Soft-delete (mark as inactive) or permanently delete items
Inline or modal-based form editing
Display read-only data for users, contacts, and activities
Alert banners when editing production data

I would setup the hosting and give gitHub access.
