Full stack JavaScript: Frontend - React.js, Backend - Node.js, plus a little bit of python

Full stack java dev required for a smart metering and building services project in Munich, Germany. The backend is primarily Node.js with a bit of python and the frontend is mostly react.js.
We are looking for an immediate starter to take over an existing code base and we want someone with a long term perspective. You must be a strong dev with good communication skills, as we will be building a larger team around you to go bigger, better and badder!
There is the potential to step up into a CTO role and for the right person an ESOP is on the table.
