Full Stack developer for new car history website -- 2

Looking for an experienced full-stack developer for a 3-week project. The project is to integrate 3rd party REST API and front-end design for retrieving car history(e.g. reports and accident information...)
Must be experienced with Javascript, NodeJS or PHP, Firebase
Required Experience

3+ years of experience in Node JS software development
Familiarity with RESTful API Integration
Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
Implementing responsive design
Experience in making architectural recommendations (Designs will be provided)
Prior experience with bug-tracking tools
JIRA knowledge is a plus
Experience with GIT source control
