Full-Stack developer for SaaS

Hi everyone,
We need a full-stack dev to build a web app using either of react or vue for front-end, and node/express for the backend.
We have figma design ready for front-end UI/UX, so we can start from front-end part first.
And you should implement the backend with REST API endpoints in decoupled approach along with postgresql.
Requirements
1.Fluent in English for communication.
2.Must be available for work overlapping at least 6 hours with CST time zone.
3.Long-term cooperation must be guaranteed for maintenance.
