Full-Stack Team Needed to Build Hybrid Dating Platform (React/Flutter + Node.js + PostgreSQL)

Project Overview
We are launching the first in a series of independent hybrid dating platforms — modern apps and websites where users can connect through familiar dating features, with the option for premium matchmaking concierge services.
This Phase 1 build focuses on launching the MVP for the first brand, with a strong emphasis on dating-first UX, and light integration of a matchmaker onboarding flow. Each brand will operate independently, including its own design, infrastructure, and payment integrations.
Key Deliverables (Phase 1 – MVP for First Brand)
Frontend
• Web app/Website (React or Next.js)
• Mobile app (Flutter or React Native)
• Clean, branded UI (Figma designs provided)
• Features: user profiles, browsing/filtering, onboarding, settings, and messaging
Backend
• Node.js (NestJS preferred), PostgreSQL + MongoDB
• SMS OTP authentication (Twilio)
• Integration with third-party identity verification service
• Real-time chat
• Payment integration with NMI and PayPal (subscriptions, upgrades)
• Matchmaker inquiry/intake+features for users opting into the concierge service
Admin Panel
• Admin dashboard for user management, bans, reports ETC
• Basic CRM tools for matchmakers (view client data, notes, status)
Tech Requirements
• PostgreSQL + MongoDB integration
• Secure, scalable backend (clean API structure)
• Brand-isolated build (this is not a white-label system)
• Modular frontend and mobile codebase
• Clean GitHub repo with documented deployment steps
Nice to Have
• Experience building dating, social, or SaaS apps
• Familiarity with matchmaking workflows or client management tools
• Prior experience with NMI or PayPal APIs
• Knowledge of geospatial filtering (for future proximity matching)
