Full-Stack Reward Based Ad Viewing Application

I’m looking to build a full-stack reward-based web application where users can earn tokens or money by watching ads. The platform should feature a sleek, premium UI with a black-white-turquoise color palette and smooth animations (using tools like TailwindCSS and Framer Motion). The core functionality will allow users to sign up or log in (preferably via Firebase or a simple email/OTP system), watch animated ads, and earn tokens upon full completion of each ad. These tokens should be stored in localStorage and synced with a backend database like Firestore or MongoDB. The system must include a withdrawal mechanism—users can request payouts through Razorpay or PayPal, with admin verification. Additionally, the app should support basic CPI (Cost Per Install) and PPI (Pay Per Interaction) tracking—either via simple webhook endpoints or SDK support. I want an admin dashboard to manage users, ads, and payouts. The app should be built to handle at least 5,000 daily active users, with efficient backend logic to avoid overuse of database reads/writes. My total budget is ₹30,000, and I’m looking for someone who can deliver a well-optimized MVP within this range.
