1. Setup Full Project on My Hosting (Hostinger VPS)
• Upload files
• Setup Node.js environment
• Configure MySQL database
• Connect backend & frontend
2. Setup All APIs:
• Firebase
• WhatsApp API
• SMS Provider API
• Email SMTP
• Google Maps API
3. Ensure Sync:
• All admin panel changes reflect in mobile apps and frontend
• Notifications work as expected
• OTP & login flow fully functional
4. Mobile App Setup:
• Configure React Native project
• Build APK and iOS app
• Upload to Play Store & App Store (I will provide developer account)
5. Post-Live Testing & Support
