Full-Stack Development for Flutter App

I have a mobile app ready:
App technology = Flutter
Admin panel = React.js
API = Node.js
Database = MongoDB

It is on App Store and Google Play.

Few months ago i stopped bring customer to the app but continue paying the Hostinger, emails, domains, etc

Now i want to re-start the app again but it seems that:

All services went off on server side (APis web services , mobile api services , admin api web services and database connection services).

What do i need for this task?

1: Someone to help me fix the issue with Hostinger

What would i need later on:

1: Someone or Team that I can hire freequently to build new features or update old ones

Keep in mind that i am a Business man, so if you start talking tech/coding, etc language i will NOT understand.
