Full-Stack Developer with rich experience of Malaysian Telco API

I am looking for a Full-Stack developer with rich experience in Malaysian Telco API, particularly Digi. The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:
Skills:
- Proficient in Node.js
- Strong knowledge in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React)
- Experience in back-end development (RESTful API, database management)
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
Experience:
- At least 8 years of experience in Full-Stack development
- Proven track record in building web applications from scratch
- Experience in integrating third-party APIs, specifically Digi API
The project is a web application that will require the developer to build the front-end and back-end of the system. The developer will be responsible for integrating Digi API into the system to enable users to perform transactions such as topping up their mobile credit and subscribing to data plans. The project will follow an Agile methodology, and the developer will be required to work closely with the project manager and the rest of the team.
