Full Stack Developer needed

I'm looking to develop a web application and I need a skilled Full Stack Developer to help bring my vision to life.
We want to build a dashboard which will be made available using username and password to various users. The online dashboard will utilize publicly available third-party data and third-party APIs to connect to and pull data on 1-miute or 5-minute interval from third-party databases. This website will have an analytical engine at the backend which will read all this data and then display this information in a graphical format utilizing different kinds of visual elements like charts, graphs, tables, geographical or maps, etc. These users will be able to see all the data visually and also download this data as needed in CSV/ Excel format. The data will refresh in real-time on a minute-by-minute basis.
We will provide examples and screenshots of what the front end will look like. Looking for an experienced full stack developer that can handle the full responsibilities of backend and frontend development, and has an eye for appealing and user-friendly UI/ UX.
Demonstrated experience innovating and extracting insights from multiple data types including unstructured data.
Key Responsibilities:

- Implement user-friendly interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience
Ideal skills and experience for this job:
- Proficient in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and Python and others. You should be comfortable with multiple backend and frontend technologies and should be able to quickly learn new technologies fast and apply them with skill and ease
- Previous experience with Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails
- Cloud experience - AWS, Azure and the landscape of technologies that is needed to make it all work together and make it possible
- Strong understanding of full stack development and responsive design

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, applied mathematics or a related field
Strong working knowledge of multiple analytic development tools, statistical tools, and programming languages
Familiarity with geospatial datasets, GIS data, and mapping applications (or a strong willingness to learn) is preferred
Effective communication skills and excellent collaborative can-do attitude.
