Full Stack Developer for an innovative Web App

ABOUT THE PRODUCT:
A web-app for managers, team leads, coaches (anyone leading a team) that provides an amazing opportunity to exchange powerful feedback between and within teams, track progress and results over time.
ABOUT THE TEAM:
The team is located in Portugal and Sweden. It is very small, adaptive, open-minded, well organised, focused, pragmatic yet hoping to make a great product. Your teammates are accountable for business side, product vision, priorities, functional requirements and design.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
- A full-time position for a long term project (presumably, 6-12 months with a potential of getting longer). We need a full-time engagement as we want our teammates to fully focus on our product not jumping back and forth to other projects.
- Working time is flexible yet should be sufficiently predictable to ensure the team can regularly meet all together.
- We are going to have the very first version on Production in 2-3 months and then iteratively improve it and add more functionality.
- You will create an adaptive web-app from the scratch. It is an amazing chance to build app as you want. Since there is no legacy and tech debt, you will a huge room for creativity!
- We expect you have developed to a senior professional level at both front-end and back-end development as you will be responsible for delivering a complete solution.
- With the consultancy by our CTO - you will be accountable for the tech side throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
- As a part of the team you will have a chance to contribute to the product related decision-making process, challenge functional solutions and share your ideas as necessary to achieve the team's common goals.
