The project is already in development with a solid foundation, and I need someone to take it to the next level by adding new features, optimizing the automation engine, and ensuring high performance.
Current Features:
Job Discovery Dashboard: Real-time job browsing from multiple portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) with advanced filtering.
One-Click Apply Orchestration: Automated "Easy Apply" process using a professional Puppeteer-based background engine.
Application Pipeline: Real-time tracking of application statuses with a visual pipeline.
Profile Management: Centralized profile with resume parsing and tailoring capabilities.
Secure Authentication: JWT-based user login and profile security.
Technology Stack:
Frontend: React 19, Vite, Tailwind CSS, Lucide Icons.
Backend: Node.js, Express, MongoDB/Mongoose.
Automation: Puppeteer (for scraping and application handling).
Real-time Updates: SSE (Server-Sent Events) for live progress tracking.
Your Responsibilities:
Optimization: Improve the Puppeteer scraper to handle 2FA and bot detection more effectively.
UI/UX Enhancements: Polishing the React dashboard for a more premium user experience.
New Integrations: Expanding job discovery to more portals beyond LinkedIn.
Security: Implementing advanced proxy management to prevent account flags.
Requirements:
Strong expertise in React 19 and Node.js.
Experience with Puppeteer or Selenium for web automation.
Familiarity with MongoDB and state management in React.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and documented code.
