#### Preferred Candidate Profile

- **Experienced Developers:** Preferably 5 years of professional experience in full stack development.
- **Educational Background:** Preferred to have a degree in Computer Science/B.Tech or a related field.
- **GitHub Proficiency:** Experience with GitHub deployment processes, including merges, pull requests, and code reviews.
- **JavaScript Skills:** Proficient in JavaScript and Node.js.
- **TypeScript Knowledge:** Experience with TypeScript.
- **API Savvy:** Comfortable working with APIs and integrating them into applications.
- **Node.js Knowledge:** Experience with Node.js for server-side development.
- **Next.js Experience:** Familiarity with Next.js framework for building scalable web applications.
- **MongoDB Experience:** Proficient in working with MongoDB.
- **Azure Experience:** Experience with Azure is a plus but not required.
- **Problem-Solving Skills:** Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- **Docker Knowledge:** Familiarity with Docker is a plus but not required.
