About the Role
We are developing an AI-driven career and workplace support platform to enhance job success and engagement. The platform will include a mobile-friendly web app, AI-powered chatbots, and a data-driven analytics dashboard. We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer with expertise in AWS services, AI integration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and modern web development to build our prototype.
Key Responsibilities
Set up AWS IAM roles, permissions, and database schemas.
Develop a mobile-friendly web app using AWS Amplify.
Implement AWS Cognito authentication for job seekers and employers.
Integrate AI chatbot functionality and retrieval augmented generation to read from our data sources preferentially.
Build an analytics dashboard
Ensure security, privacy, and performance optimization
Technical Requirements
Frontend: React (preferred)
Backend: Node.js or Python (Lambda).
Cloud & AI: AWS (Amplify, Cognito, DynamoDB, Bedrock, Lambda, S3).
Authentication: AWS Cognito,
Database: DynamoDB (NoSQL),
DevOps: AWS CloudFormation, Git
Qualifications
3+ years of full-stack development experience.
Strong background in AWS services (Amplify, Cognito, DynamoDB, Lambda).
Experience integrating AI tools such as Amazon Bedrock
Familiarity with analytics dashboards and data visualization.
Understanding of cloud security best practices.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
