Full Stack Developer

I am looking for a Full Stack Developer who is proficient in React, Angular as front end and Java, Node Js, PHP etc. as Backend. I have a preferred framework or technology stack for this project, so please specify your experience in that area. I need the project to be completed as soon as possible.
