Full Stack Dev for React OpenAI based web apps

I want to create a few different OpenAI based apps, and I have a lot of the foundation already created. The foundation I have comes with a Frontend web interface and backend with a database ready to go. It has:
- Login / Signup
- Authentication
- Prompts and Tools
- MongoDB Database
- Frontend ReactJS
- NodeJS project under Express using API's
- Tailwindcss styling
- Stripe is pre-configured
- Credit calculator implemented on token usage

I just need someone to build the ideas I have on top of this foundation.
