Front end dev with Azure Dev oauth skills and experience + reactjs

We require a consultant to help design and build our front end solution. We have backend skills and general technical ability in house but require someone with reactjs / frontend skills and experience, but most importantly an understanding of the azure auth and associated mechanism.
We have an azure app and registered. We require a frontend website to on-board the client.
1) user accesses website and enters email address, promoting the (backend?) To redirect to Microsoft for authorisation
2) website redirects and is promoted with the genuine Microsoft login page
3) on logging in, they're prompted with the Microsoft window requesting permission for the app to have permission to the organisation
4) on accepting, the app can now access the domain via graph api consistently as a trusted app
5) the browser is redirected back to the website
We can discuss this in further detail, but I am hopeful an expert with experience will understand this and be able to consult on this element of this small project and build the front end/website
