We are seeking an experienced MERN Stack Developer with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). This role is critical for our recruitment process as we look to hire a talented Junior MERN Stack Developer for our in-house team. The primary responsibilities include conducting technical interviews and providing expert recommendations to help us identify and select the best candidates.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct technical interviews with potential Junior MERN Stack Developer candidates.
2. Assess candidates' technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and overall fit for the role.
3. Evaluate coding tests and project submissions to ensure candidates meet our technical standards.
4. Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to our HR team regarding candidate suitability.
5. Collaborate with the hiring team to refine job descriptions and candidate profiles as needed.
6. Assist in the onboarding process of the selected candidate, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
Requirements:
1. At least 8 years of experience working with the MERN stack.
2. Proven track record of successful project delivery using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
3. Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate technical competencies accurately.
5. Previous experience in conducting technical interviews is highly desirable.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey feedback and recommendations.
7. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
8. Familiarity with modern development tools and methodologies.
