Food delivery platform for the grocery chain

Hello,
We are a retail company which will offer a 15-minute-deliver food delivery service.
In the light of above we aim create our in-house IT platform for that purpose.
We are searching for a mobile application developer with expertise in React Native (CLI or Expo), Redux.js and the Firebase product suite (Firestore, Realtime Database, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage). Two applications will need to be developed: one for the customer and one for the courier. Both applications will be integrated with the Firebase backend and work together with two other applications (the in-store application & the admin panel) to form a unified IT platform.
Akin to the SCRUM method, development will take place on the basis of frequent communication between the IT platform manager and the developer (in the form of video calls). Progress on features will be tracked via the feature-sheets (found in the attached document) and short-term steps will be followed via Monday.com.
