We are planning to use the react-native, where we can use the same code for android + IOS.

We currently have the website live which is based on the HTML + Php, we are going to use the same APIs but in node js. We are not going to touch the website live code, we will use the same functionality but with the node js framework.
CRM
ZOHO CRM
We are using the Zoho CRM to store the data at the back, All the contacts, accounts, and order data are stored in the Zoho CRM.
Please Note: we are using the Zoho CRM APIs to send the data and get the data from the Zoho CRM.
UX/UI
Figma File
We already have the Figma file where we design the UI of the application.
Please Note: This is not the final work and not the polished work. We need someone who can first design the UI/ UX of the application.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud
With help of the API calls, we will trigger the emails, We will provide the JSON body to send and deploy the emails. We will take care of the emails.

Delivery Application:
Please Note:
Whenever we are receiving any order we are assigning a zone to the order.
Every Deliver driver will be assigned a zone when the driver will open the application he will only see the assigned order.
Application should show the fully optimized route. Example: If a driver has 100 orders then the application should show the well-optimized route.
Once the driver reaches the location: Show the Customer all details, Including Delivery Instructions. These details will come from the order object.
Once the driver delivers the food give them instructions to click the photo when deliver + button to mark as drivers.
Once the food is delivered then send the customer email that your food has been delivered. An email will be deployed from another platform you will only make an API call to deploy the email.
Some order has the cash-on-delivery option, at the time of the delivery show that the order has cash on delivery and collect the cash.
Once the driver collects the cash, Give them the option to mark that I called the cash then show them to show the option to mark it as delivered. There must be another option that cash is not collected, show them the option to give the reason why not collect the cash and cancel the delivery.
On the top of the application show them
How much to collect, how much have you already collected and how many orders are cancelled?
At the time of cancelling the order, the customer should get the email that the order has been cancelled. Plus deactivate the plan from the back.
There must be an admin panel where the admin can see the location of all the drivers including all the orders.
