Fix timestamp issue on node.js server

Hello, I have an existing server running Node.js. I use a file called Binance.js to perform database queries to save and get items to and from a database. The issue is that the timestamps for the items saved/received from the database are incorrect. I need someone to fix this issue and explain what I need to do to resolve this issue if it occurs again in the future.
After you resolve the issue I will need the server to run for at least 30 minutes to check if its has been fixed
