Fix Vite.config.js to properly build application

We are looking for someone to modify our vite build. The application was originally a simple framework7 vue.js application that we are adding an express server to. The application is built and working properly when running npm run start.

We are looking for someone who can modify vite.config.js and package.json to properly build the application to include the server.js correctly.

I have attached the pacckage.json and vite.config.js files for reference and I am available for any questions.
