Fix Node.JS Server Error on Website

I'm having a server issue with my website. It was working fine before, but now when I try to run 'npm start', I get a server error. I haven't made any recent changes to the site that could have caused it, so I'm not sure what the problem is. I’ve attached the file in the post could you take a look?
