FiveM Developer Needed!

Thank you for taking the time to inquire about my project. I am in the process of opening a FiveM server that is set to be inspired on the notorious FiveM community, NoPixel.
As a disclaimer, we are not in search of a copy/paste developer who wishes to steal the work of NoPixel developers. You must be able and willing to code standalone scripts from scratch. Pre-made servers will be rejected automatically.
Requirements:
- Typescript, React.js, Node.js, Lua, HTML, CSS, C++, C#, JS. (Must possess knowledge in at least a few of these languages)
- Good communicator
- Creative mindset
- Hard work ethic
I am honestly tired of receiving copy paste replies to my posts, often times, with examples not related to our project at all. Therefore, I am asking that all replies have the word "blueprint" in the response so that I know you are not just replying to multiple postings with the same pitch. Previous experience with FiveM is required and example of your past work will be requested prior to the bid being awarded.
