They are looking for a Sr Backend Developer who will play an integral role in establishing the company’s technology vision, strategies, and plans for growth. As Senior Backend Developer , here’s what we are looking for :-
Requirements
- Atleast 5 years experience in backend development which includes extensive experience in NodeJS
- Experience in Applications development and Server-side Programming using Node Js, React Js, REST APIs
- Must have strong Database Development experience on PostgreSQL / SQL.
- Knowledge of database design principles, query optimization, index management, integrity checks, statistics and isolation levels
- Experience with unit testing and integration tests
- Designing effective data structures and algorithms
- Pro-efficient in developing & deploying applications in an Agile environment
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible to drive innovation in Software Development, while relentlessly improving performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Translating functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design.
- Mentoring other engineers, defining our technical culture, and helping to build a fast-growing team.
- Design, modify, develop, test and implement flawless and clean code
- Staying up to date on emerging technologies.
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Create products incredible that users absolutely love
Selection Process: Once you apply we will review for, there will be 2-3 rounds of interviews with tech & leadership team for assessing your technical/coding experience. We may also assess your communication & articulation ability, general aptitude & attitude.
