Finding Documentation expert

I need a Person for the product documentation work. Our tech stack is as follows
Backend
- PHP version 7.3/4
- database MySQL - AWS RDS
- nodejs for microservices app and deploy using serverless CLI to lambda
- Redis for cache query and data
- Postman for API documentation and testing
- Deployment made by eb command => Elasticbeanstalk command cli
Front end
- Mixing language javascript such jQuery and react
- react js for module pages and build prod with parcel
- Build command is using package.json that using custom increment js versioning
Tools
- IDE mainly use VS code
- database management - sequel pro
- Trello for task management
- slack for communication
