Finalize WhatsApp CRM SaaS

My team has built a nearly-finished WhatsApp-based CRM offered as a SaaS, but we still need two key pieces in place before launch and a final sweep for stability.

1. Stripe integration
• Connect our existing user and plan models to Stripe so customers can pay inside the app without being redirected.
• Ensure webhooks update account status in real time and that failed payments are handled gracefully.

2. QuickBooks Online integration
• Sync customer invoices, payments and any relevant ledger entries with the correct company file.
• Provide a simple settings screen where an admin can connect or disconnect their QuickBooks account and select the default ledger items.

3. Bug fixes and polish
• Review the current build, locate outstanding UI glitches, performance hiccups or edge-case errors in existing integrations, and patch them.
• Confirm everything runs smoothly on production-equivalent staging, including WhatsApp messaging, role-based access and multi-tenant data isolation.

Acceptance will be based on:
• Seamless end-to-end payment flow in Stripe test and live modes
• Clean data transfer to and from QuickBooks with no duplicate entries
• No critical errors in logs during a 48-hour soak test
• A brief hand-off document explaining setup, env variables and any new endpoints

Stack you’ll be working with: Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS. Access to the repo, staging environment and existing test suite is ready as soon as we start.
