Finalize Travel Affiliate App
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I’ve already built the first version of my travel-activities application on Replit. Core search, provider feeds, and the basic UI are in place; what’s missing is a production-ready affiliate tracking and redirection layer.
Here’s what I need next:
• Build a robust redirect service that tags each click, forwards the user to the correct partner page, and captures real-time events.
• Implement server-side tracking so every outbound link records impressions, clicks, and conversions, ready for detailed analytics and reporting.
• Design a lightweight dashboard (or integrate with an existing BI tool) where I can filter by provider, destination, or campaign and export results.
• Keep the implementation flexible so I can plug in networks such as Commission Junction, Affiliate Window, or ShareASale later without major rewrites.
• Harden the existing codebase for production: error handling, logging, rate-limit protection, unit tests, and environment-specific configs.
• Guide me through deployment—whether we stay on Replit or move to a cloud host—so the pipeline from Git push to live site is smooth and secure.
The stack so far is Node.js with Express and a Postgres database; React powers the front end. I’m open to improvements as long as they keep the learning curve gentle for future contributors.
If you’re comfortable crafting affiliate logic, real-time event tracking, and clean analytics while polishing an existing full-stack app, I’d love to collaborate and ship this to production.
