Expert in media handling in nodejs

I am looking for an expert in media handling with experience in nodejs. The project involves video streaming and transcoding. I am open to suggestions for integrating a media handling library or platform. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of media handling in nodejs and be able to recommend scalable hosting options. Right now we are using aws server and cloudfront .
