Experienced React Native developer required
Budget: ₹40,000 – ₹65,000 INR
Looking for a highly skilled and well-experienced developer with hands-on experience working with React Native, and Node.Js/Express.Js (optional). The developer should be able to develop custom Mobile Apps screens from Figma design, improve existing code structure and optimization and be able to integrate API and Apps dynamic/functional. The developer who can develop API with Node.Js will have preference. The developer will have to work on custom and complicated projects along with a team for at least 2 months.
Development Role will be the following:
1. To improve existing code structure and optimization
2. To upgrade some design and intermediate Apps screens
3. Required API analysis and Integration
Terms of work- The developer will have to work as a contractual employee full-time.
In the case of a part-timer, The developer will have to give a minimum of 4 hours every day on the tracker.
Project Details: The project is a food delivery Apps.
Payment and terms:
For 100 hours the payment will be between 16K to 25K and for full-timers between 40-60K depending on work experience and work productivity and technology skills. Developers will have the opportunity to work more than 200 hours in a month and will be paid for extra hours additionally.
Payment will be released on either a half-monthly or a monthly basis. Once a developer join cannot leave the project before 45 days. In every billing Developers, 10-20% hours of work payment will be on hold as security. If a developer gives 15-30 days' notice to leave the whole amount will be released.
The developer will be paid for every single working hour and will have to work on provided tracker. The developer who will join has to work as a contractual employee, not a freelancer.

1. Only true freelancers will be considered, no web development company will not be allowed.
2. Developers should be sincere, honest, and dedicated to their work.
3. Amatures/Less-experienced developers can't work on this project so please don't place a bid.
4. A documentation will be required before joining.
