Etherium blockchain a small dapp creation support

I am looking to hire someone to assist in the creation of a small Decentralised Application (Dapp) that operates on the Ethereum Blockchain. The primary programming language I will be using is Solidity, but assistance may be required with NODEjs and attached detailed requirements. The application will be hosted on both the public and private blockchain. The primary functionality I need this developer to focus on is identity management, but will also need assistance in managing data storage and transactions. The successful candidate should possess a solid understanding of blockchain technology, as well as have a good grasp of the programming languages mentioned above.
