Education WhatsApp API Automation
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a full WhatsApp Business API workflow built for our coaching institute’s existing WhatsApp number. The goal is to handle common student queries instantly, guide them through tap-friendly menus, and feed every interaction into a live-updating Google Sheet that my team can monitor in real time.
Core flow
• When a prospect messages “Hi”, an automated greeting should fire and present three interactive buttons: Course Offerings, Admission Process, and Contact Support.
• Tapping Course Offerings or Admission Process must trigger rich, structured replies with detailed course information; Contact Support should collect their name, phone, and the topic they wish to discuss, then forward it to a human agent.
• All captured data—timestamp, phone number, selected menu path, and free-text questions—must sync instantly (not batch) to a Google Sheet so counselors see their newest leads without refreshing.
Technical notes
– WhatsApp Business Cloud API or an approved BSP is fine as long as there is no disruption to our verified number.
– Preferred stack: Node.js, Python, or a no-code tool like Twilio Studio only if it still allows the live Google Sheets sync.
– Any hosting can be used (Firebase, AWS Lambda, or similar) provided response times stay low and monthly costs remain predictable.
Acceptance criteria
1. Keyword and button replies behave exactly as mapped above.
2. Google Sheet reflects new rows the moment a user presses send or taps a menu option.
3. Easy way for our staff to update course text in the future—either in the Sheet itself or a simple JSON file.
4. Short video walkthrough and hand-off of source code / configuration.
Once this is live, I can provide template texts for additional courses and events; the structure you build must be expandable so we can slot those in without rewriting the logic.
Need someone, who knows how to use / integrate wassap api and worked on N8N work flows. Need to build the agent for my institute who would close the deals for me. Entire information or the plan can be discussed via call.
