Editor FabricJS - NodeJS - MongoDB

Hello, dear freelancers,
I want to share a project with you that I wish to undertake. I represent a startup in Colombia called Torrente Dev SAS. We do not have external investment; all our work is funded by ourselves. Currently, we are focused on educational platforms. Today, I want to share with you a platform called IAVIDEOBUILDER. I find this platform very good, and I would like to develop something similar for our teachers.
I need an editor that functions like the one shown in the attached video, and that also has an administrator to which more functionalities can be added. The video shows what I would require in the editor. For example, from the administrator, one should be able to create templates and link image and video banks such as:

Additionally, if the user wants to upload their own images, they should be able to do so. After finishing the creation of their video slides, these will be saved in their user profile, and they will be able to generate the video by selecting the respective voice that will read the text, along with background music. Finally, the platform should generate the video in MP4 format.
The biggest difference I need in my development is to integrate an AI like ChatGPT to generate the texts. Furthermore, before generating the video, the user will be able to select the languages in which they want to download it. That is, one of the biggest differences is that the initial language can be translated into the desired language, for example, exporting in Spanish, English, and French simultaneously.
This development must exclusively use the following technologies: ReactJS, FabricJS or similar, Node.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB.
