OBJECTIVE
The objective of the project is to develop an online dynamic website portal for Car Parking Space/slot listing and Booking where customers/Drivers would be able to search/find/book/pay/cancel the parking space through the portal. Parking space/lot owners (partner) would be able to list their parking space as well as manage them from their account section.
Main features-
Customers-
1. Customers would be able to search parking space near their location. Website
would have basic and advanced search module.
2. Customers would be able to view unused parking slot and book them online.
3. Customers would be able to make payment online; they would be able to make
payment via PayPal, Net-banking, Debit Card, and Credit Card.
4. Customers would be able to make booking on hourly/Daily/Weekly/Monthly as listed.
5. Customers would be able to create account, login and access their account area like
booking history, cancel/renew (in case of weekly or monthly rental service).
Customers would able to able to post their feedback.
Parking space owners/Partners
6. Parking owners would be able to list their space as well as they would be able to
manage the space (add/edit/delete), fee, and other details.
7. Can sign up and login on to the website.
8. Can track detail about parking space.
Website Administrator
9. Website admin will have full control to manage the frontend features of the website
from backend.
10. Website will have separate account panel from where admin will login and view the
all activities of the website features such as:-
10.1. View all registered users and manage their account.
10.2. View all parking listing with detail information.
10.3. Manage commission for parking listing (parking owner will pay fee for the
listing).
10.4. Manage booking payment (all payments will go directly to the admin
merchant account, admin will send payment to the owner upon booking)
10.5. Manage contents of the informative pages.
SCOPE OF WORK
The scope of the project that we will be responsible are-
1. Frontend design and development
2. Database & Backend development.
3. Cross platform/Mobile Responsive Page development.
4. Payment Gateway Integration.
5. Social Media integration.
6. Google Map integration.
7. Newsletter integration.
8. Website Testing, bug fixing and server upload and maintenance up to one year from hosting date.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Project awarding
1- Project will be awarded only on freelancer.com, please do not bid in case you wish to do the project otherwise.
Milestone creation
2- Milestone for FULL PROJECT PRICE AS AGREED will be created before awarding project in order to provide you 100% payment security.
Release of Milestone
3.1- Upon design completion & acceptance - 15% of the project price
3.2- During development - 45% (will be released within three installments)
3.3- Upon successful hosting - 30%
3.4- During Maintenance phase (After six month of hosting) - 15%
Maintenance
4.1- The developer will be responsible for the maintenance of the project up to a period of one year from the date of hosting.
4.2- The cost of normal maintenance like bug fixing or any other similar nature is included in the Project price.
4.3- If the project requires any addition of new features/modules after hosting. That will be paid separately to the developer as agreed.
Source Codes/NDA
5.1- All source codes will be duly handed over by the developer to the project owner.
5.2- NDA (non disclosure agreement)
